Ginger Lawrence (Shriver), D.C.
Dr. Lawrence has worked at Swan Lake Chiropractic since 1993. Many of our patients remember her as the office manager before she left to pursue her chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic. While in school she was blessed with the birth of her daughter, Brynn. The experience inspired her to further educate herself about pregnancy, delivery and early childhood development. Adjusting and advising expecting parents and young children is one of her favorite aspects of chiropractic care.
Ginger integrates her more than 20 years of study and expertise into a system that helps patients take responsibility for their own spinal health, while facilitating their healing with chiropractic care. Fascinated by the spine and the way it moves and supports the nervous system, she's explored how to stabilize and strengthen the spine in order to encourage the chiropractic adjustment to hold better and longer.
Her primary focus as a chiropractor is to encourage homeostasis, the self-healing, self-regulating component of the human system. Her strongest belief is that the body can heal from almost anything if the nerve supply is intact.

Tamara Bohren, D.C.
Dr. Tamara fell in love with chiropractic when she observed how potent it is in optimizing the health and well-being of all individuals. Her own experience led her to transition out of a long career in legal and go back to school to become a chiropractor. During chiropractic school she often wondered how her life would have been impacted if she had received care at an earlier stage in her life. Her experience learning about pregnancy and pediatric care affirmed her conviction and passion to work with children of all ages. She is continuing her studies through the International ICPA for specialized training in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care.
Tamara believes everyone deserves the opportunity to increase their potential and adaptability through non-invasive, self-regulating modalities. She is thrilled to be sharing chiropractic with the Boulder and surrounding community.
Outside the office, she loves getting out in nature with her rescue French Bulldog, Dexter. Volunteering, traveling, hiking, paddle boarding, and gardening are some of her favorite activities.
Tamara's Hours:
Monday: 9am - 5pm
Tuesday: 8am - 1pm
Wednesday: 1pm - 6pm

Lynzie Sehi, Future D.C.
Dr. Lynzie , will be graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic at the end of February. She was introduced to chiropractic at a young age, and has experienced many different techniques over the years. When she was in high school her mother started working as a chiropractic assistant. At this time she was a volleyball player and a violinist. These activities required repetitive strenuous motion of her shoulder contributing to pain, but with chiropractic care she was able to continue doing what she loved. This office utilized low force adjustments, and found that chiropractic was not only beneficial for her spine but as well as her seasonal allergies.
While receiving her undergraduate degree she found that chiropractic was her passion and took action to pursue her dream of helping her community. She fell in love with the holistic approach to health care, that addresses the root cause of an issue rather than masking the symptoms. Lynzie joined the pre-chiropractic club board, went on a tour, and applied to Palmer. While attending Palmer College she has been able to learn an abundance of information and techniques. She has been able to work in the Palmer clinics the past year serving her community and can not wait to continue to help facilitate healing and helping others.
While Lynzie is not in the office, she enjoys baking, hiking, yoga, hanging out and talking with her loved ones.

Ginger's daughter Brynn grew up at Swan Lake. Coming to work with her mom when she was younger and becoming a part of the staff in high school, she has a very strong attachment to the practice. She recently became the office manager and is excited to learn this new aspect of health care.
MaryLynn Gillaspie
Chiropractic assistant
MaryLynn has been a Chiropractic assistant for the last 6 years and is excited to be the person you'll meet at the front desk. She immediately felt the warmth of Swan Lake and eagerly joined the team in late 2022. In her free time she is a Jazz vocalist and photographer. She loves chatting about music and performs locally!
Leigh Ann Burns
Chiropractic assistant
Leigh Ann may be a familiar fact to some of you. She worked at the Swan Lake front desk from 1996 to 2006 when she took a position with Boulder Community Hospital. “It’s wonderful to be back and part of a team dedicated to providing healing chiropractic care". Her spare time is filled with workouts, walking, playing Mahjongg, knitting and family vacations.
Buddy
Resident Good Boy
Buddy will be in the office with Ginger. He has a love for chiropractic and will even ask his mom for adjustments! His main responsibilities in the office include: Offering emotional support, receiving pets, and eating treats. While he is super gentle and sweet with humans, other dogs often make him anxious and behave poorly, so please give the office a call if plan on bringing your own furry friend and we will make arrangements accordingly.
Dexter
Resident Good Boy
Dexter first became interested in chiropractic six years ago when he experienced his first adjustment at school. Since that time he’s enjoyed getting tuned up and cared for on a regular basis. He will be in the office with Tamara, ready to support you during your visit with snorts and snores. Dexter gets along well with everyone (especially if they have a treat) and can’t wait to meet you!
